We've been searching for a new Vietnamese Noodle Bowl and we're quite happy with this one. It was missing the crispy egg roll on top, but we'll remember to order it separately next time. Good flavor, fresh veggies, good portions. The Chicken Coconut soup was one of the best soups I've had at an Asian restaurant. Super tender chicken, slices of veggies, the broth base was so flavorful and delicious without being too spicy to taste. The wait staff was efficient and checked back, refilled glasses w/o asking. It was clear they have a lot of regular customers here.
This place wasn't busy for dine in but I lost count of how many to go orders and the like came through. Our waitress apologized about them being so busy and even brought us out free soup. Even with them being busy we got our food really fast. I was actually surprised. The food was very good with large portions. We ordered an appetizer, but we filled up really fast. I'll be coming back to this place.
My friends gifted me an Uber Eats gift card so of course I had to try this place out!
I ordered the crab cheese wontons, the Tom Gai Hai (chicken coconut soup) and the Drunken Noodles.
Everything came at the perfect temperature. The wontons were warm and crispy. They didn't really have a crab flavor which is totally fine by me but I know some people really care about that. The drunken noodles were really good, lots of flavor, some spice, and the chicken was tender. The star of the show of course was the soup. SO FLAVORFUL. Seriously. This was my first time ever trying this kind of soup and wow. Life changing. The chicken in it was soooo tender and juicy and the soup itself had the perfect flavor. I can't get over it.
